Inland Navigator Starter Kit (Members Only)

The starter kit includes a copy of “Start Boating Right” and a “passport” to record your progress towards earning an Inland Navigator Certificate. Your passport will be signed by appropriate certifiers as you complete a skill, course, or seminar. For courses, seminars and skill demonstrations completed before the issuing of the passport, the Squadron Education Officer (SEO) or certifier can sign the appropriate spaces based on national or squadron records. It is important for the member to keep a passport and for squadron certifiers to keep back-up records of these events until entered into the National database.
